Community Outreach Services

  Collin-Palm Unlimited (CPU) has a long history of bringing help and hope to the communities we serve. Since our earliest days, CPU has taken care of our neighbors and we support nonprofit organizations, churches, schools and strive to make the communities we share better places to live and work. We are also supporters of The Potter's House of Clay, Norfolk Interfaith Partnership, and organizations that promote the advancement and care of women and children.  

  The Potter's House of Clay Molding Lives with Shelter, Nutrition, and Fitness:   

The Potter's House of Clay mission is to provide transition housing for women and children to mitigate risk of working homeless families. The House provides for 3-families that will till the earth to plant a garden in the back yard to help feed their families organic vegetables. The House also provides a small play area for children to promote a healthy lifestyle. Families may live there for 18-months to enhance the preparation for transitioning into their own home/apartment.    

Norfolk Interfaith Partnership Mentorship:    

Norfolk Interfaith Partnership Mentorship Program (NIP) was created by the faith community in response to the needs and concerns of individuals directly impacted by welfare reform. NIP's mission is to recognize and respect the worth and dignity of all people, to provide support, training, guidance and encouragement to individuals and families impacted by life changing events.
